What are you working on?

Professionally, I’m a fractional CTO helping product-obsessed founders scale their Product Technology organizations with AI. Personally, I’m interested in developing an autonomous agent factory with Pi (pi.dev) + lower cost or local models.

AI interests

I’m an advisor for a number of startups — I’m interested in helping others adopt AI in a way where they avoid the sharp edges and pitfalls. I’m interested in learning from others’ workflows and projects. I’m especially interested in the deeper frontiers of AI usage including multi-agents, dark factories, and other patterns. Preferably the usage of these in mature software organizations where scaling pains are an existing concern. In general, I view individual AI usage to be largely solved with the existing tools, but these individual productivity gains are rarely extrapolating to organizational ROI.
